    Good morning
    About 2 years ago we bought 2 dehumidifiers of your on Amazon. They worked great. Now 1 of the machines is icing up. The other machine still works terrific. We turned off the 1 machine to defrost it, check and clean the filter. Hopefully that will solve our frost problem. What else do you recommend?

    About all you can do is make sure the condenser coils are clean and the fan is working properly, otherwise most likely low on Freon.

    where is the filter that needs to be cleaned located?

    The filter is the white screen in the back that can be lifted up. Rinse it with clean water and use a soft sponge to remove any dirt or grime. After that, dry it off and put it back in. Then press the filter button to reset it.

    Why is de humidifier leaking? Two years old . Always worked fine. Using bucket only (no leaks). Never used drain hose outlet (back drain cover is securely tightened). Please advise. Thank you

    Regardless of % setting it just runs all the time except for brief pauses. The room humidity is less than the 45% setting, but it runs anyway. The only way to shut it off is the power switch. What gives?
