Why does the ice maker keep making ice cubes so fast

I need to replace the water filter in my new refrigerator (PNE25NGLNKWW). When I ordered the filter through "Water Filter System" I was advised the following: "We would like to remind you that our XWFE Water Filter does not carry the RFID chips and the arrows on labels don't line up with fridge.
The XWFE water filter without the chip works properly with the original old GE refrigerator. If it's the new smart GE refrigerator, the xwfe filter will not work with it.".
Could you please help me find exactly what I need and where I can buy it. (BTW I'm from Canada). Thank you kindly.
