    Looked up the 12000BTU says it cools 500 to 600 sq. Ft. 14000 does 700 to 800. Why does it say that the DPA100B9IWDB-6 only say it cools 500. I am about to purchase but need to know what the difference is. If the 12000 BTU cools better it is less money that this 14000. I would be foolish to spend more & receive less.

    what does 10,000 Sacc inverter mean on the DPA100B9IWDB-6. Also 500 sq ft seems like a small area for a 14,000 BTU. I have had 4 Danby A/C starting with 10,000, last 2 where 12000,double & single hose, they all worked well & cooled far more than 500SQ FT
