    All three of my racks {upper . lower and utiity} are not sliding in and out easily. I've checked for obstructions and find none. The rollers seem to be sitting correctly on the arms that extend out. Can you help?

    What is the purpose of the approx. 32 inch hose that covers the drainage hose? It moves up and down the drainage hose and is slightly larger than the drainage hose itself. There is no way to remove it other than to cutting it off.
