My MVW7230HWO top load washer will not start. It shows F5E3 to contact service. What does mean?
F5E3 error code means door lock is faulty, lid lock will not lock/unlock. Check lid lock for obstructions. Please try to cycle power to the control to reset the washer, simply unplug the unit for 5 minutes and then plug the unit back in.
