How do I get a replacement "cancel/off" button?
Please contact Calphalon at 1-800-809-726. They will have all you need for replacement.
How fo you set the clock?
Press the Time/ Temperature Selector Button to change the Tim/ Temperature Selector Dial to time selection. Turn dial clockwise to increase cooking time and counter-clockwise to decrease cooking time. The maximum time setting is 60 minutes.
