where is the switch to turn this thing on?

Blows instead of suching up water
why wont it suck up the dirty water?
Once the tank is full a safety float switch will prevent the cleaner sucking up any more water which may harm the motor. Lift the tank off and pour the water down the drain. Refit the empty tank and resume cleaning. We recommend that you wash out the collection tank and foam filter after every use and leave to dry thoroughly before re- fitting to the cleaner.

How do I fix my brush not spinning? I replaced belt already but that didn't work
When you select the floor setting the brushes will not spin. Please change the setting with the switch at the top of the handle. Choose the carpet setting to make the brush roll spin.
Belt broke ordered exact belt number from old belt. Received new belt . New belt is to wide and wont turn my brush!!! HELP!!! on ssi cant afford $65.00 hr
For a shop and counting 5 different belts bought and still wont turn. Motor turns on???Will not start period
