    I cannot get audio on my OLED 55C1PUB. The mute symbol stays on. The LG remote and the Xfinity remote batteries are new. My hearing aid Bluetooth feature does receive tv sound but no sound comes from the tv into the room, and the mute symbol shows when I attempt to increase volume. How do I unmute the tv?

    Trying to turn on closed captioning on FUBO TV. Cannot get this to work, even though all the other streaming applications I use are working. What do I need to do.
