Why won't my water tank lock it keeps leaking

How do I clean the foam rubber filter that is turning orange
You can remove and rinse it under warm water to clean it; or, you can opt to leave it out altogether. If there is mineral buildup, you can fill the water tank with distilled white vinegar, place the filter in a small container filled with vinegar for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse it with water until the vinegar smell is completely gone.
How can I decrease the target humidity on the unit?

Ray E. FoxOn the humidifier, press the Mist Level button repeatedly to cycle through the mist levels and adjust the target humidity.
Where's the water line?
The max water line is located near the bottom part of the handle on the water tank.
How do I set the target humidity with the app?
To set the target humidity in the app, press the Auto (A) button to place the unit on Auto and slide up the settings at the bottom. Pull up and you'll see the Target Humidity slider.
How can I increase the target humidity on the unit or app.
With the app, you can set custom schedules and adjust the humidity level to your desired percentage. On the unit, you can also adjust the Mist Level to help reach your target humidity
