A pod exploded in the chamber and got grandules all over. I cleaned it up as best as I can but I missed placed the pamphlet and now I don't know how to do the cleaning process. I'm hoping when I do it will correct it. Can you tell me how to do the cleaning process. As it is now it will not make a cup of coffee.

Is the water reservoir dishwasher safe?
How to completely empty the water from the tank and resevoir? I'm shipping back for a replacement as this one leaks.
