Why does the basket stop rotating after going around 2 or 3 times
Check if there's any excess food blocking in the basket that could be causing it to stop. Make sure it’s oriented correctly only works one way (basket has R and L embossed on end panels). If the issue persists, please contact the Ultrean directly via [email protected] for assistance.
How can you tell when it is done preheating?
If you enter 20 minutes cook time, the preheat cycle runs, it beeps when it's fully preheated (so you know when to put in the food), then it starts to count down from 20 minutes
My door isn’t closing how do I fix it?
AF12 Fryer. Everything works except there is no heat,
How do I adjust the timer to more than an hour? Mine only goes to 60 minutes
If you use the dehydrator setting, it's an 4hrs. For other settings, it's an 60 minutes at a time.
Can you remove the top on the fryer
No, you cannot remove the top completely.
What does E1 mean
