    I bought this vacuum last year and have enjoyed using it, one of the buttons is no longer working brush off, I use this for my kitchen carpet. After that happened there is some suction but. The vacuum is throwing out what it picks up. I have been doing all the cleaning required for the hoses I do not see any blockages.

    Machine won’t start , turns on a few seconds and stops I got a new battery and new charger station says battery is charged but when I put in machine won’t stay on
