The review say 14 000 BTU cooling capacity. The label on The air condition say cooling capacity 10400 BTU . So is it 14 000 or 10 000. On the box say one time 10 000 the same box 14 000 .

It is 14,000 BTU and 10,000 SACC (seasonally adjusted cooling capacity). SACC is a rating in BTU/hour that represents the weighted average performance of the unit in a number of test conditions, some of which may be more extreme than the average use case.
