How do I remove the bottom panel to replace roller brush?
I am beyond frustrated. I just bought this. First it took forever to get the latch to open on the full bag. It's my first time changing the bag. Now I have it in with 2 clicks and all the bag fill level lights are blinking red. The brush is clear.I've yet to get to the part where I actually vacuum.
Help with bag
Wellll... my brush isn't spinning neither. I cleaned it all off, wasn't that much there honestly. When my daughters lived at home, 3, all with thick long hair my Kirby brush had a BUNCH of hair wrapped around it. I wasn't the brightest crayon in the box because I never thought to look or clean it! Smh it did however, still work! I miss my Kirby. Very heavy but worth every penny. I loved this one, when I first got it. I changed the bag but then couldn't get it to work, had to call them. That was resolved but now, it's the brush. I'm.looking for the manual on here cause if course, I can't find mine. Im not the sharpest tool in the shed lol I used to be tho!
Took it apart to clean the brush, then I saw the little sensor. I thought I put it back right but the brush doesn’t work now, can you send a picture of where that sensor goes?
After trying to replace the bag on the Kenmore Intuition vacuum, I cannot get the new front cover to shut again. I have tried for hours, listing for the 2 "clicks" but nothing is working. SO VERY FRUSTRATED. Any suggestions or tricks to get the door to shut?
I had the same thing happen to me. I called and it ended up being clogged with a few things in the hose. There wasn't much but it was just enough it would flash the red lights and not work after putting on a new bag... weird. Hopefully it's been resolved by now and you didn't have to buy a new vacuum! If you still have it check the hose, all of it. I had to really shake it....I didn't have anything long enough to try to wiggle it out. Hope this helps but isn't too late! Jojo
Dustbag chamber will not close properly
I'm having the exact same problem. The vacuum is unuseable because the cover holds the bag in place. I have tried everything. What the heck?? Someone help us out with a solution. Btw, the manufacturer is Cleva Inc. out of North Carolina. I emailed them about this, they emailed me back and needed the original receipt to process a warranty claim on it. This was a house warming gift and the receipt is gone. So I think I'm put of options and will have to trash it.
Brushes are not spinning ... removed hair and that didnt work
I just spent an hour removing hair and threads off the brushes. I’m so disappointed I could cry. This thing doesn’t work any better than the Shark I bought at Walmart. Saved for months to buy it.
