    reset how?

    To reset simply use your remote control and go to Home > Support > Restore to Factory Default.

    thanks. the tv is shutting down 2 seconds after we turn on , so we cannot use the remote control to navigsate at the menu

    Unfortunately, there is no reset button on this TV. Please try to press the power button on the TV for about 30 seconds, this button should be on the bottom of the TV. Reconnect the TV and check if it works correctly. If this issue persists, please contact the Hisense directly for further assistance.

    tried this option to but didn't worked. just contacted hisense office waiting for their feedback. thanks
