How do you find the ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS ALREADY SUBMITTED? Is there a light to indicated charging process, red to green, etc

how do you change head attachements for the whal model 9685

Initial charging....no light is showing as it charges from low to full battery charge. Is that normal?

My clipper was charged right out of the box, but in trying to recharge it, the pin from the charger doesn't go all the way into the recharge receptacle, and there is no light to indicate charging. Will it still charge?
