Can you mount this microwave instead of using on the countertop
No, the unit is designed to be used as a countertop model.
Does the warm function use the microwave?

can I use a metal pan on the convection setting?
You can use the metal pan with the air fryier function. For more information on what materials can and cannot be used, please refer to pages 8+9 of User Manual: https://manualsfile.com/download/p1wxw49mkc.html
Step by step instructions on air fryer operation
In the Manual at the bottom of page 20 under Section "14. POPCORN" (https://manualsfile.com/product/p1wxw49mkc.html#:~:text=Auto%20Bake%20Chart%3A-,14.%20POPCORN,-a.%20Press%20Popcorn) there is the Air Fry Chart: Listing Food -Display-Weight/Portion. Press Air Fry button on the the upper left hand corner of the control panel. H1 will appear in the display, continue to press Air Fry button for different foods in the chart. Press the Start button and the cooking temperature in degrees Fahrenheit will appear, press Start again and the cooking time in minutes will display. Metal grilling racks and tray are supplied for positioning food to be air fried in the Convection mode only (not for Microwave use).
