My steamer is heating up and making a rattling sound whenever I press the button and no steam is coming out?
After turn it on, please allow 35 seconds to heat it up and make sure the continuous steam trigger is not locked. If it still doesn't work, please conact Beautural Customer Service by calling +1 909-391-3888
My power light indicator keeps blinking it does not steam nor does the light stop blinking. Can you help. First day of using this steamer
The light keeping flashing means that it is on standby mode. To reactivate the steamer: please press the power button and wait that the power indicator light stops flashing, and then press the steam trigger to start steaming again.
My steamer only flashes green. No steam. What do I do?
The garment steamer requires about 35 seconds to heat up. Once the preheating process finished, the indicating light will become steady green. We recommend you take the following steps: 1. Fill the tank with water and make sure the beginning of the suction hose is inside the water. 2. After pressed the power button, wait for about 35 seconds until the power indicator became steady green. 3. Toggle the steam lock down to enable automatic continuous steam flow or press the steam button manually for a short burst of steam.
