    Functions buttons won’t work seems like it’s locked how to unlock it I tried everything according to the manual

    Please check to be sure whether or not your Rohm may be locked. If you press the power and select buttons together at the same time for a few seconds you should see the indicator light blink three times. See if you are able to raise and lower the volume. If this does not correct the issue please contact the manufacturer.

    This sound machine is designed for portable use and must be turned off and unplugged every 14 days. If not turned off and unplugged, the unit may freeze or experience impacts to performance. If your sound machine becomes non-responsive, unplug the unit and allow it to run until the battery is completely discharged (may take up to 2 full days). Upon recharging, your sound machine will function as normal. To prevent this issue from reoccurring, turn off and unplug your portable sound machine every 14 days.
