    My remote won't let me change the channel from dog 1 to dog 2. It has been working for about 8 months, all the way up to last night. I can't even get it charge for dog 2.

    My remote is not charging so I am in the process of taking out the battery in the remote.My question is,after taking out the four screws on the back of the remote how do I get the back off with out breaking something,because it just won't come off for me ?
