My ice maker is also stating that it is full, however, it is not. I have unplugged the unit to reset, held the button down to initiate cleaning, emptied the water, refilled the water and it reverts back to ice full. Not sure what else to do to reset it.
Does the plug need to be screwed all the way into the.machine, or can you disconnect the cord. It is not at all convenient?
My ice maker is telling me the ice tray is full- its not. I have changed it with lemon juice and water but so far nothing has changed. I have even held the power button down like I saw. It is not working period and I have been using it since November 2021 to the present. How do I fix it because a four month lifespan is terrible.
