    What is ERR 3?

    ERR3 means soleplate over 270°C±15°C, it is suggested to unplug the iron from the power when it shows an error status. Plug the iron in again once the soleplate has cooled.

    ERR1 means NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) short-circuit, it is suggested to re-plug it and try again. If the problem still persists after re-plugging, please contact the seller for a replacement.
