    Had this for a year and flame quit. How do I replace the little led bulbs.

    To replace the little led bulbs:

    1. Unplug the power cord from the outlet, and let the bulbs 10-15 minutes to cool down so that they aren’t hot when you go to remove them.
    2. Locate the rear access panel on the back of the feature and unscrew all the screws to access the inside of the insert. 
    3. Examine the bulbs to determine which ones need replacing, then remove the burned-out bulb and replace it with a new one.  
    4. Plug in your electric fireplace and turn on the flame effect.

    This fireplace doesn’t have actual bulbs. It’s a little panel with the wire attached and on the panel there are a couple of little tiny LED bulbs. Where do I get those? Thanks.
