Where is the reset botton locate at on a retex 13 tankless hot water heater
There is no reset within the heater.
No power on my RTX-13. Do have power at the connection points inside the unit. What might the problem be and how do I correct it?
I am not getting hot water and the display was off. I turned the power off, opened the unit and nothing looked wrong. When I turned the power back on, the display lit up for a few seconds and then sent off again. Not sure if problem is internal or electrical.
is the inlet size 1/2" and the Outlet 3/4?

I can’t get retix-13 unit to turn on, only in off mode. When I push the knob, temperature can be adjusted but cannot change on/off function. Please advise

I recently purchased rtex 13. I installed it 3 weeks ago. I do not get any hot water nor does it light up. I called them and was told I need to first check I think the voltage at the unit but cannot find my install/ user guide. Can you help?
When I run one hot water facet my led lights flicker? But when I run two facets at the same time it stops.. what do i need to check or change
