Our flame effect has stopped working. The lights are on but the motor that turns the reflective rod does not turn. We bought a new unit with the motor and lights and the same thing? What is broken, how can this be fixed?
After owning this fireplace for 10 months, obviously not running it in the summer, it smells like something is burning and leaves the smell for quite awhile after running it. I used canned air for the vents but it doesn’t smell like it’s coming out of there. Any suggestions?
The heat comes on but does stay on to heat the room, it stays on two to three minutes then shut off and then some time come back on 30 to 45 minutes later and stays on two to three minutes then sits offI parachutes this unit this past January and has not worked out of the box 23” fireplace console
