    brewed five cups one right after the other. the keurig shut off and said over heated. how do i reset the thermal switch?

  • I have this model but when I go to buy a descaler it says it's good for 1.0 or 2.0. Is my kurieg a 1.0 or 2.0? if not what descaler shoudl I look for?

  • On my K910 , the water reservoir is completely full and the low water light keeps flashing . I have rebooted the k910 and still does not work . What might problem and fix be ?

  • Just bought k910 and my k-cup filter. I can’t figure out how to install the filter. No diagrams or info. Have removed pod holder and funnel but still no fit. It seems too tight to slide in.
