    How to recalibrate

  • The unit comes with a "remove protective film before first use" label on the top console. Ther There is also a label on the front saying to register the product. How are these easily removed.

  • User Non avatar #127035 Asia1 year ago

That film is a thin plastic film that is there to protect the control panel during shipping, it is meant to be removed. Plastic film off as carefully as possible. If necessary, use tweezers or another small device to peel one corner up to get started, then gently pull the film slowly to reduce the risk of tearing.

  • Our wtw5057lwo washing machine seems out of balance.
What can we do to fix this problem?

  • User Non avatar #100562 Asia3 years ago

If the washing machine Vibration or Off-Balance:

Causes: Feet may not be in contact with the floor and locked.

    • Solution: Front and rear feet must be in firm contact with floor, and washer must be level to operate properly.

Causes: Washer may not be level.

    • Solution: Check floor for flexing or sagging. If flooring is uneven, a 3/4" (19 mm) piece of plywood under your washer will reduce sound.

    Causes: Load could be unbalanced.

    • Solution:
      • Load items in loose heaps evenly around the washplate. Adding wet items to washer or adding more water to basket could unbalance washer.
      • Do not tightly pack. Avoid washing single items.
      • Use Bulky Items/Sheets cycle for oversized, non-absorbent items such as jackets and small comforters.

What is the typical time per wash load. My machine takes hours and gets stuck with the clothes not spun dry. I have to stop the machine and switch to rinse and spin every load.
