    Freezer is not cooling. It stayed around 32 degrees for the past two days. I unplugged the appliance for about 10 minutes and reconnected it to see what happens. Maybe, this action will reset the system.

    If you disconnect power to the refrigerator at the main power supply for a couple of minutes, it will reset the controls. Once power is restored, if this does not help, also check the doors and door gaskets to see if the doors are sealing properly. Please verify that the temperature controls are set properly.

    where is the drain hole located on this model? DFE29JSDASS. is it in the freezer compartment or top refrigerated compartment? water on floor and ice sheet in bottom of freezer
