Can I pressure can jelly and fruit in mason jars with this appliance
No. The Oster FPSTPC4801 is a pressure cooker, not a pressure canner. You can safely cook jelly or fruit for immediate use or refrigeration, but for long-term storage in mason jars, you should use a boiling water bath canner or a pressure canner.
