I had the refrigerator door open for several minutes whilw cleaning and the door alarm never went off. I left the door open several times as a test and the alarm never went off. what's the problem and how do I fix it?

Frig is at 61 freezer is at -4 can feel air coming out of duct on the back wall on right side but not left side are there two evaporator fans or is there a damper
