    Clothes still soaking wet when wash cycle complete, why? If I put it through a drain and spin after the full cycle, it works. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

    Can you set the temp for the rinse cycle to be different from the wash cycle?

    There is nowhere in the user manual that tells how to switch from one choice and another. I set machine to soak. Once done machine stayed with green for wash but never did anything else. Having no clear directions is ridiculous.

    I TOTALLY Agree....I am trying to find out how this SOAK funtion works and no one can tell me. I am on the phone with Whirlpool now....awaiting 15 mins for a supervisor because the clerk could not tell me how the soak cycle works. I dont want to sit and babysit my machine to see how the cycle functions. CRAZY!
