    My washer won't drain and shows error code E21. What can I do?

    Error Code E21 means that water not pumping out fast enough or drain pipe is blocked, drain pump defective.

    • Check wiring connections and repeat the diagnostic cycle to check for any further errors.
    • Clean the filter and repeat the diagnostic cycle.
    • Disconnect and check the drain system.
    • Replace the drain pump.
    • Check / Replace the wiring.
    • Clean / Replace the drain pump.
