Ice in ice maker bin is freezing together in large clumps annd partially melting, ice maker does not stop making ice unless I turn it off manually. Ice cubes overflow out the backside of the bin and fall onto the shelves below, the items on the top 2 shelves are covered in frost and partially melted ice cubes. The defrost creates so much water in the bottom of the freezer, the rubber sleeve in the drain freezes and rises out of its hole when water gets between it and the side of the hole, resulting in a buildup of water/ ice in the bottom of the freezer that eventually runs out onto the floor because the drain tube is sticking 1/2” out of the drain. What might be the issue(s), and can you suggest any possible remedies? I am about ready to toss this entire unit out to the curb. Thanks for your help.
My refrigerator is plug in and wall outlet has power. Refrigerator is not ON is their a on /off switch it just stop working
