For about a week the controls have been lit with the door open and it randomly chimed. unit has power but now controls won't light or start.
This is certainly not normal operation. We recommend resetting the appliance by either unplugging it for 2-3 minutes or by resetting the circuit breaker. If this does not resolve the issue, service is needed. You can contact the GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737.
