I'm getting an HIE message and washer won't start. Anyone know where I can get answers to this?
the washing machine isn't consistently dispensing the softener during the washing cycle
I'm getting E11 error message on EFLS627U TT washer. Original cause was probably using too much detergent -- I ran the Clean Washer cycle and there were a lot of suds. I have rerun Clean Water at least 6 times -- now the water is completely clear. The Rinse/Spin cycle works, but other cycles (normal, 15 min, delicate) all result in E11 error within 1-2 minutes. Turned off circuit breaker overnight, looked at hose in back - no kinks. Electrolux troubleshooting page says to 'Clean the pump and fluff filter, including the pump blade' but there are no instructions in manual or installation guide about how to access the pump. The washer is under 18 months old and is only used twice a month. I'd hate to need service at this point! Thanks in advance.
