    H97 means the display indicates a problem with microwave generation system. There is a failure in the Magnetron Circuit. Please contact a local Panasonic Authorized service centre.

    To unlock the door, the [Stop/Reset] button must be pressed 3 times within 10 seconds.

    After being unplugged and plugged back in the unit gets warm but not hot enough to cook How do I troubleshoot this?

    • Examine the Control Settings: Ensure that the timer and power settings are correctly set and that you are not in demo mode.
    • Test the Circuit Breaker: Check the circuit breaker to ensure it hasn’t tripped.
    • Inspect the Turntable: Make sure the turntable is correctly positioned and that it is turning freely.
    • Check the Magnetron: Listen for unusual sounds when the microwave is running.

    This is a feature that uses Child Safety Lock. This feature allows you to prevent operation of the oven by a young child. To cancel child safety lock, Start Pad or Stop/Reset Pad must be pressed 3 times within 10 seconds.
