    I Cannot set my clock on my NEW range Tried everything!

    To set the clock on your range, you would simply press and hold the "Cook Time" button for 3 seconds, and then enter the time with the number keypads. It says below Cook Time to "Set Clock Press and hold for 3 seconds".

    Does this range take a 3prong or 4 prong connection?

    This will depend on your setup. Do not supply a cord set with ranges. Again, this is due to variations in electrical codes across the country.

    I used my cook time after the time git to zero everything turned off my oven and display and my oven is beeping and none of the butane working why

    Please try an electronic reset, this can be done by removing the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. This can also be done at the breaker.

    To set the clock on your range, press and hold the Set Clock button on your control pad for 3 seconds, use the number pad to select your desired time of day, and press Start to save the time.

    A range cord rated at 40 amps with 125/250 minimum volt range is required. Amp Rating at 208V: 40, KW Rating at 208V: 11.7 Amp Rating at 240V: 40, KW Rating at 240V: 15.6

  • After a power outage, I’m trying to reset the clock. I pressed Set Clock and held for three seconds. The clock numbers are flashing but when I try to push on the numbers, nothing changes — the numbers continue to blink and the clock keeps running.

    Please try an electronic reset, by unplugging the power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Alternatively, you can reset at the breaker for the same amount of time.
