Purchased this fridge about 4 years ago. And a few days ago we noticed the freezer is freezing and staying cold as usual, but the fridge isn't staying cold at all anymore. Could it be the fan motor went in it behind the panel inside freezer, the fan that pushes the cool air into the fridge??? The defrost panel on top of lower fridge section where light bulb is, in the back is dripping cold water from freezer but no cool air. Hat can we do? Please help! Thank you.
