my unit keeps going to 999 red even after cleaning filters, even with no filters in, why, is it still safe to use/
For troubleshooting purposes only, kindly try to restart your air purifier by turning it off and on. Make sure that the filter is properly installed, and run it on AUTO mode. Please try to observe if the issue persists after a few hours.
