Was watching Netflix and TV lock up. Can't turn TV off or flip back to regular TV as it just stays on zen.
Try to turn off the TV power with the power button on the main unit. If the following prompt appears when the power button is pressed, press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds. Doing so will turn off the power.
If not, disconnect the TV power cord, wait for 1 minute, and connect it again.
