    temperature alarm went off indicating HI, refer not working any solutions for repair?

    "HI" indicates that the inner temperature is too high. Please try:

    1. Make sure the door are fully closed and sealing properly. If they are left open or not shut tight, warm air can get in.
    2. Check if the room temperature is higher than the recommended ambient environment. Run the refrigerator at the appropriate ambient temperature.
    3. Keep the refrigerator away from direct sunlight or other heat sources
    4. If power was lost or if the unit was turned off recently, temperature may rise and needs time again to drop after restarting.
