how do I reset my machine like new
Please try to press and hold both the Home and Power buttons on the robot for about 3-5 seconds.
I did this several times. It says that it is resetting the and the wifi but it still doesn't doesn't work right. It comes away from the big box and just goes a couple feet and then turns around and goes back to be cleaned and shuts down.
