Only 1 day old. Used up the charge that it came with, then does not recharge - Battery problem or charger problem?
Please try to remove and insert the battery into the charger, then plug the charger into a working power outlet. Check if the LED indicator on the charger glows, indicating that the battery is charging.
If the LED indicator does not glow, try using a different power outlet or a different charger, if available.
If the battery still does not charge, it may be a battery issue. If the battery charges with a different charger, it may be a charger problem.
