    we just received a va-aco3 model as gift, it does not get cold when on ac why is it not getting very cold

    Check to see if the air conditioner is set to Cool Mode (snowflake icon). If not, please follow:

    1. Tap ON/OFF button to turn on.
    2. Tap MODE button until Cool indicator lights up.
    3. Tap +/– button to set desired temperature (64°F~90°F / 18°C~32°C).
    4. Tap FAN SPEED button to select High / Low / Auto speed.
