when I insert the tape, I cannot close the device. I've tried inserting the tape in all possible ways. Not closing. Is it that these tapes (1960s-70s) not compatible?
The item you kept may have some problem, maybe you met the defected item. Please contact the retailer where you purchased it or Gracioso directly for repair or replacement if returning isn’t possible.
Hi There, Greetings. Can I delete the files in RECORD folder of SD Card. IF I delete the files (TAPE01.....to TAPE24) will the system record in SD Card with TAPE01 or TAPE25. There is a another file which was given by the manufacturer (a China file), can it be deleted?
You can delete unwanted files by inserting the SD card into the included USB flash drive and then connecting it to the computer to delete it.
