    No, this MP3 player does not require a SIM card. It uses Bluetooth connectivity and has a built-in storage (128GB).

    You can use a paper clip or a pointed object to touch the internal reset hole located underneath the player. This will restore the player to its factory state. If this doesn't work, please contact MECHEN customer support for assistance.
