Have new 59520 Viking on- board battery maintainer. Connected to fully charged battery 13.24 volts. On the 6V LED bottom one is solid amber. 12V LED Top green is flashing. Whh do I have a amber and flashing green with fully charged battery. I should have a solid green on the 12VLED?
