My machine just arrived from Amazon this afternoon. I am trying to set it up, but it will not turn on. What is the problem? (Yes, I have it plugged in!!) Does it need to charge up??? or does it just work off of the electricity.
The air purifier should turn on once it's plugged into a working power outlet. It appears to turn on the accidental child lock setting. To deactivate the function, press and hold the "LOCK" button for 3 seconds. Then try turning it on again.
