My cooler will not stay on; It will run for an hour or two from the outlet then shut off, I do notice that if one of the doors shut hard it turns on.
The fact that the cooler sometimes powers back on when a door is closed hard suggests there may be a loose power connection or internal wiring issue. We recommend the following steps:
- Inspect the power plug and socket carefully for any signs of looseness or damage.
- Try a different power outlet or adapter to rule out issues with the power source.
- If the cooler continues to cut out after these checks, please contact Alpicool customer support for further assistance or service.
