    Softener not dispensing

    1. If the water pressure is low, the fabric softener may not be injected smoothly, so check if there is a problem with the water supply to the washing machine.
    2. Highly concentrated fabric softeners or fabric softeners with high viscosity may not be injected, so use them after diluting them with water.
    3. The fabric softener may be injected too early, so do not fill fabric softener beyond the MAX line.
    4. Detergent and fabric softener can build up in the dispenser drawer. Liquid detergents can remain under the dispenser drawer and not dispense completely. Remove the drawer and inserts and check for build-up of cleaning products once or twice a month.
